Terms & Conditions

  • August : Top month. Be quick to order!
  • High Season : Easter holiday + Jul + first 2 weeks Sep
  • Mid Season : Apr-May-Jun & 2nd half Sep
  • Low Season : Oct-Nov-Dec-Jan-Feb-Mar
  • Minimum stay = 7 nights (Sat-Sat)
  • Other arrival or departure days on request
  • Check-in/out fee: 70 € (Cleaning, beds made, clean towels, emergency contact)
  • Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of 25% deposit. Final payment 10 days before arrival.
  • Warranty: 350 €. Added to the final payment. After inspection, deposit will be refunded within 10 days.
  • Cancellation: non-refundable in case of less than 10 days before arrival.
